Rotimatic Machine Failure, 2-Month Delivery Delay, and Complete Lack of Customer Support

Rotimatic Rotimatic Support I can't imagine how pathetic and crapy company you are and your product. First you delivered my machine almost 2 months late after my 100 follow ups with your teams on different social media platforms since your customer service simply does not respond. Now my rotimatic has stopped functioning all of a sudden even when I used it very delicately. I am trying to reach out to customer service for help again but as expected no one wants to respond, neither on the email, nor on the linkedin messages and not even on the app when I ping from my account there. The machine is sitting there, useless, I can't even get support from customer service, I can't even claim the warranty after spending $1500. I never experienced such a pathetic experience.nnTo all people who are planning to purchase the machine from Rotimatic , I want to warn you, there is still time. Take a U-turn, otherwise you will suffer and suffer terribly.nnDisappointment at its peak.!!
