According to the transaction receipts, both payments are marked as “Transaction Successful.” The sender's account has been debited, but I have not received the funds in my recipient account.

The sender has completed both transactions, and the amounts have been deducted from the sender's account. However, the recipient has not received the payments.
I have already shared the transaction history and screenshots with your team through the provided complaint link for your verification. You can check the attached evidence and verify both transaction IDs in your system.
I kindly request that you investigate these transactions, confirm where the funds have gone, and either credit the missing amount to my EasyPaisa account or arrange a refund to the sender if the payments were not successfully delivered.
