🚨 InsuranceDekho: Promised 29.6% Commission, but After Booking the Policy, My Payout Became ZERO! I am publicly raising my unresolved commission dispute with InsuranceDekho and requesting immediate intervention from senior management. Before booking my Royal Sundaram commercial vehicle insurance policy, Aliya AI and the Relationship Manager clearly informed me that I would receive 29.6% commission. I proceeded with the booking based on these representations. However, after the policy was booked, my commission showed ₹0 instead of the approximately ₹21,000 I expected. Why was 29.6% commission clearly communicated before the policy booking? 2. Why did the commission become zero after the policy was booked? 3. Why has the team failed to provide a satisfactory explanation and resolution? MY STAND IS CLEAR: I WANT THE COMMISSION THAT WAS REPRESENTED TO ME BEFORE I BOOKED THE POLICY. I relied on the information communicated by Aliya AI and the Relationship Manager. I request InsuranceDekho to review the booking records, commission terms, and relevant communications and resolve this dispute fairly and promptly. I also request IRDAI to take note of my grievance and guide me through the appropriate regulatory grievance-resolution process. I have raised this matter through the available complaint channels, but the issue remains unresolved.
