Pronto charges upfront but delays or cancels bookings

Pronto is the worst app.....every time you book they charge beforehand and then they delay the booking at the time you chose for a while showing high demand and ultimately cancel....I think someone opened just the App and forget to work on ******

Personal details such as phone numbers, emails and ID or account numbers have been hidden (shown as ******) for privacy. Only the author, the company's approved representatives and Panchaayat staff can see them.
