Professional Couriers Hosur branch staff refused to provide cellotape to customer, then used the same tape minutes later

Customer Experience: Sometimes, it costs less than ₹1! 👏nnToday, at a Professional Couriers branch in Hosur, I asked for a piece of cellotape. The counter staff refused, saying it wasnt available. I bought tape from a nearby hardware shop, packed my parcel, and returned to pay ₹100 for the courier.nnThe irony? Within 10 minutes, the same person was happily using the very tape he claimed wasnt available! 😂nnMy question is simple: Would providing a few inches of tape have impacted the companys topline?nnWe invest heavily in customer experience, branding, and service excellence, yet sometimes fail at the most basic level — the willingness to help.nnCustomers may come prepared, but how we treat those who need a little help defines our service culture.nnA small gesture costs less than ₹1. Losing a customers trust can cost much more.nnMaybe its time to train our frontline teams not just to process transactions, but to practise customer empathy.nn#CustomerExperience #CustomerService #CustomerCentricity #ServiceExcellence The Professional Couriers
