Dear Amul Head Office and Management Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against your Amul ice cream distributor, Prakash Enterprises, located in Buxar, Bihar, regarding repeated refusal to supply ice cream and highly unprofessional behaviour towards us. Extremely Rude and Unprofessional Behaviour: The distributor speaks to customers in a disrespectful and inappropriate manner. Their way of communicating is unacceptable and does not reflect the professional standards expected from a reputed brand like Amul.
We trusted the Amul brand and chose to sell its products because of its reputation and customer goodwill. However, this experience has caused considerable disappointment and concern.
