Complaint about Jupiter Aurora card fees, capped cashback, lounge access issues, and delayed priority support

Priority customer support where issues arPC-2026-01700OtherAnonymous ·
Jupiter It's seems very obvious that Jupiter Aurora is a failed product, Here are the reasons:- 1. The card was launched at a fees of Rs. 10000+18% GST, This was showcased as a premium product with a high price tag. The benefits- On the total spends of Rs. 2,40,000/ (20000*12), I get a cashback of Rs 12000 (1000*12). Ifne i want to spend more, there are no benefits. 2. The minimum transaction needs to be Rs. 1000 each otherwise no benefit at all (whether i swipe 100 or 999, No cashbacks/discount/reward points. 3. Milestones benefits with a No use gift card- I spent 2,65,000 till now and I got one taj voucher worth Rs. 10,000 which is not at all sufficient to book a single night or a decent lunch at Taj, There are no options to choose any other card. 4. Since the cashback is capped at Rs.12000 a year, Why would i need to swipe Rs. 1,60,000 for a zero sum game, the biggest problem is I need to swipe Rs. 5 lakhs every year to get the card for free. 5. The biggest problem is- Jupiter Aurora is available for Rs.2500/- till 10th October- Now the same card is available for 5000+GST, Why? 6. The benefits of 1.5 lakhs is a scam altogether- Lounge access doesn't work, you can get 1 health checkup/ 1 doctor consultation only. 7. The card comes up with Priority customer support where issues are getting solved in months now and you do not get compensations as per the delay (the jewels are random- sometimes you get 20 rupees, 50 rupees or 150 rupees). What changed in 6 months? Even Jupiter community is a problem as you can't post freely, You need to get the approval to post anything. Overall, Pathetic experience.
