i joined the company on 25th June2026 after interview, background clearance and acceptance of offer letter. I cleared the all mandatory e learning programme within a month. Before joining,I was told that I will be deployed at Delhi with Coal Controller Office,Ministry of Coal.But i have not been deployed since two and half months. Nothing is communicated to me.They used my CV to win goverment projects at Ladakh and karnataka.Even i did not any guidance,communication,clarity on my role and deployment I told them that I had an health issues ,hence if I be deployed in plain area other places,it will be beneficial for me. They agreed to deploy me at Jharkhand and karnataka. I made an enquiry with Business unit hr about deployment. I told here not to breach the confidentiality.later she told everything to the partner. it has hit the ego of partner. They have won project at Ladakh and karnataka. i never refused to be deployed anywhere. But they made a conspiracy to delete me from the team.After 15 days ,on all sudden one hr girl invited me for a meeting.She told me that we failed to deploy you and hence today is the last working day of you.They have disabled and snatched my laptop. I just shocked at the ill treatment .Next day I went to senior HR and I told everything.I also had written to chairman,COO,HR head. but I did not get any resolution.i received the three months salary. but I have not received any letter mentioning the reason of layoff/ termination.
