Let Me Expose The Lens Theory and Pratik Bhatt On 5th September, I got to know that I would not receive my August salary. The reason behind this was that I forgot to send an email related to my market visits. Now giving me threatening of police complain and other cases But Mr. Pratik Bhatt was very well aware of my visits. Wherever I visited, I kept him updated about my location and reaching time. I was connected with him throughout my visits, and I also received orders from the market. I told him that I was ready to send all the reports. I even promised him that if this happened again, he could deduct my salary. But I requested him, Please pay my salary. It's important for me." Even after that, they denied my salary, and I resigned. After my resignation, they told me, "We are releasing you on the same day, and you will receive your amount." Today is 11th October, and I still haven't received my salary. My August salary, September salary (my notice period), and probation-period payment have been pending for a long time. When I asked for my full and final settlement, they gave me two letters to sign. I believe those letters contained false allegations against me. I had already attached all the proof and replied to their allegations, explaining why they were wrong. But because of my family situation and financial pressure, I signed those letters. I signed them because I desperately needed my own money. Even after that, they gave me another reason for not paying my salary. They told me that I needed to collect all the outstanding amounts from the market. And again, I collected the amounts from the market. Only a few amounts were left pending because of some credit notes. For those credit notes, I clearly told them, You can deduct the amount from my full and final settlement. I don't have any issue with that." I have been asking for my payment continuously.
