Porter - Drivers Demanding Rs 5,000 Extra Over App Fare for Delhi to Punjab Booking, Support Turned Into Cancellation Negotiation

Don’t know how Porter is managing its system, but our experience has been frustrating.nnTried booking an outstation Tata Ace from Delhi to Punjab. Three to four drivers confirmed the booking, but every single one asked for ₹5,000 extra over the fare shown on the app.nnAnd the worst part? Porter’s customer care put the driver and customer on a conference call to decide who should cancel the booking first!nnHonestly, I don’t know who’s exploiting whom here, Porter or the drivers.
