PNB MetLife no response for 15 days regarding termination, employee concerns ignored by management

Shame on PNB MetLife! There seems to be no accountability or responsibility to respond to either customers or employees. Despite repeated follow-ups for 15 days regarding my termination, I am still waiting for a proper response. My experience has been extremely disappointing. It feels as though employee and customer concerns simply do not matter, while management continues as usual. A company that ignores genuine concerns should seriously question its values, culture, and accountability.nPNB MetLife India Insurance Co.
