Hi @PayPal , I’m unable to verify my bank account due to a technical issue. Document uploads fail on mobile, and the Submit button doesn’t work on my laptop. Your AI support assistant hasn’t helped me raise a ticket or reach a human agent. Please help resolve this. #PayPal
