Repeated rear-brake fault on Hero XPulse at Chennai service centre and bike locked on road

🚨 Hero MotoCorp — DOES A CUSTOMER HAVE TO LOSE THEIR LIFE BEFORE YOU TAKE RESPONSIBILITY? 🚨 I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Hero MotoCorp – Vinayaga Motors, Ashok Nagar, Chennai. I gave my Hero XPulse for service after repeatedly facing a serious rear-brake airlock/locking issue. The service manager assured me that replacing the brake pads and discs would solve the problem. I trusted them and paid for the service. But the very next day, the same issue returned, with smoke coming from the rear brake! Despite multiple visits, adjustments, and caliper servicing, the problem was never permanently resolved. TODAY, MY BIKE SUDDENLY LOCKED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD, AND A CAR BEHIND HIT MY BIKE BECAUSE I COULDN'T MOVE FORWARD! Thankfully, I escaped without injury. But what if it had been a bus or truck? To make matters worse, I was left stranded in 34°C heat for nearly 1.5 hours, despite repeated calls for assistance. As someone who suffers from migraines, this was physically and mentally exhausting. @HeroMotoCorp — WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY SAFETY? How many times must a customer return to your authorised service centre for the SAME dangerous problem? I have attached photos and videos as evidence of what I experienced. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I demand an immediate investigation, a permanent resolution, and accountability from Hero MotoCorp. If this matter is not properly addressed, I am prepared to file a formal consumer complaint. CUSTOMER SAFETY IS NOT OPTIONAL. MY LIFE IS NOT A TEST RIDE! Attached images for reference. Please share this post so that customer safety concerns are taken seriously. #HeroMotoCorp #HeroXPulse #VinayagaMotors #Chennai #RoadSafety #ConsumerRights #CustomerComplaint
