OneCard unresolved for 3 months, credit score damaged due to team miscoordination

Its been 3 months of emailing @GetOneCardIN about my issue, and all Ive received are inadequate solutions that dont address the actual problem. To top it all off, they end up damaging your credit score because their own team cant seem to work in sync.
