Ola Electric - S1 X+ System Error, Rear Wheel Noise, and Unresponsive Service Support

Ola Electricn I raised a service ticket through the Ola Electric app 4 days ago regarding an issue with my Ola S1 X+ scooter, but I have still not received any call or response from the service team. I also emailed Ola Support, but there has been no reply there either. My scooter displays a "System Error" and goes into parking mode when I try to ride it. There is also an unusual noise coming from the rear wheel. As a working professional, I depend on my scooter for my daily commute, and this unresolved issue is causing me considerable inconvenience. What is the point of having a service app and customer support channels if customers have to wait for days without any response? Ola Electric, this level of service is far below what a customer should reasonably expect. Selling a product is only one part of the responsibility; providing timely service and support after the sale is equally important. I request @Ola Electric and the concerned service team to look into this matter urgently, contact me, and provide a proper resolution.
