Complaint about repeated unresolved TVS Ntorq defects, safety concerns, and poor after-sales service

To: TVS Senior Management / Customer Care Team / Grievance Redressal Committee Dear TVS Senior Management, I am Mohammed Abdul Saieed, the owner of a TVS Ntorq 150, and I am writing this email with extreme anger, frustration, disappointment, and complete loss of confidence in TVS's after-sales service. I have reached a point where I can no longer tolerate the repeated service failures, irresponsible handling of my complaints, lack of communication, unnecessary delays, and the unacceptable behaviour I have experienced from your representatives. I purchased this vehicle trusting TVS for quality, reliability, safety, and professional customer support. Instead, I have been forced to visit authorised service centres repeatedly, explain the same problems over and over, follow up for basic updates, and fight for a proper resolution. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANOTHER TEMPORARY REPAIR, ANOTHER EMPTY PROMISE, OR ANOTHER UNNECESSARY DELAY. 1. REPEATED VEHICLE PROBLEMS AND SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERNS Despite multiple visits to authorised TVS service centres, inspections, repairs, and assurances, the following issues remain unresolved or have returned: Loose front fork. Loose fittings that have not been secured properly. Jerking while riding. Tracking and alignment issues. Severe lack of pickup and performance. Front wheel jamming again. Clutch fluid leakage. Extremely loud noise from the engine casing, resembling metal grinding against metal. Pending panel replacement, with no satisfactory update. These are not minor inconveniences. A vehicle experiencing front-wheel jamming, a loose fork, steering or alignment problems, and abnormal engine noise raises serious concerns about road safety and mechanical reliability. What would have happened if the front wheel had jammed while I was riding at speed or in heavy traffic? What if I had lost control and suffered a serious injury? Who would have taken responsibility? Does TVS understand the seriousness of these
