*Unacceptable Service & Severe Negligence: A Consumer Rights Issue with NoBroker Packers & Movers* ​When consumers pay for professional relocation services and transit insurance, there is an expectation of basic care, accountability, and fair grievance redressal. Unfortunately, my recent inter-state move from Pune to Bhubaneswar with NoBroker proved to be an absolute nightmare. ​Here is what happened: ​Zero Oversight during Transit: There was no dedicated coordinator briefing or managing the movement, leading to severe misallocation and careless handling of goods. ​Major Damage to Property: Upon arrival in Bhubaneswar, multiple high-value items—including my TV, washing machine, and wardrobe—were completely broken. ​Unfair Claims Settlement: Despite paying for transit insurance, NoBroker's grievance support team is offering a compensation payout that is 90% lower than the actual repair and replacement costs required to fix their mistakes. ​In an ecosystem where tech aggregators claim to offer seamless experiences, offering a mere 10% settlement for goods ruined due to direct operational negligence falls far short of consumer protection standards. ​When service platforms refuse to honor fair insurance claims, where is the accountability? ​I am publicly raising this issue to urge NoBroker.com and NoBroker Support and their leadership team- #amitkumaragarwal —to review this case and settle the claim fairly. ​#ConsumerRights #CustomerExperience #NoBroker #PackersAndMovers #Relocation #ConsumerProtection #NationalConsumerHelpline #ServiceDeficiency
