Recurring evening email outages and support demanding extra payment to fix server issues

Network Solutions (iPage)PC-2026-01142OtherAnonymous ·
Pathetic service from Network Solutions (iPage) — especially frustrating for users in India. I purchased hosting from iPage around 2–3 years ago. Sometime after that, iPage was acquired by Network Solutions, and unfortunately, the service experience has become even worse. For the past few days, we have been facing a recurring issue with email services almost every evening. Everything works perfectly from morning until around 6:00 PM. After that, emails gradually become slow, and eventually, we are unable to send or receive emails at all. The worst part is the customer support experience. The only way to contact them is through their AI chat support. Half the time, the chatbot gives irrelevant or completely unexpected responses. After spending a considerable amount of time going back and forth with the AI, a support representative eventually joins – only to tell you that you need to pay additional money to get the issue fixed. What makes this even more frustrating is that the email service works perfectly throughout the day and then stops working at almost the same time every evening. Instead of investigating what appears to be a recurring service/server issue, the approach seems to be: "Your problem needs fixing? Please pay." So, if you want to point out a problem with their service, apparently you have to pay for the privilege. 😂 This is extremely disappointing, particularly for businesses that depend on email communication. Network Solutions really needs to look seriously at its service reliability and customer support. Otherwise, long-term customers may eventually look for alternatives. God save the users – and perhaps the company – from going further downhill in the long run. #networksolutions #ipage Network Solutions
