Unresolved Issues Across Multiple Orders and Exchange Refusal

Pathetic service experience with Myntra! In just 10 days, I have faced issues with two different orders, and one of the products cannot even be exchanged despite repeated complaints. What is more disappointing is the lack of proper resolution. I have contacted customer support multiple times, received assurances, but the issue remains unresolved. As a customer, I expect a basic level of accountability, timely support, and hassle-free resolution—especially when the issue is clearly not caused by the customer. Myntra — Is this the kind of customer experience you want to provide?
