Myntra - Product Return Delayed for 5 Days, Chat Abruptly Ended by Agents & Approaching Return Window Expiry

Extremely disappointed with Myntra customer support! I initiated my product return request on the 12th, and it has been five days with no update or resolution. Every time I contact customer support, the representatives ask me to wait because they are busy assisting another customer, only to end the chat without providing any assistance. What kind of customer support is this? To make matters worse, my return window is about to expire. If Myntra cancels or fails to process my return request, I may not even be able to raise another request. Why should I suffer because of your team’s lack of response and accountability? As a customer, I expect my genuine concerns to be addressed, not ignored. I want Myntra to take immediate action, ensure my return request remains valid, and provide a proper resolution instead of making me chase customer support for days.
