I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the way your tele-callers are harassing the public. I have been receiving repeated, unwanted calls from Muthoot Finance Ltd. - India, even after clearly informing your callers that I am not interested in any kind of loan. Despite this, I continue to receive 2–3 calls every single day. Why is this happening? Why can’t your team update their customer data properly? Why am I still being called day and night even after explicitly stating that I am not interested? This behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for people’s privacy. This is a very serious issue and I expect it to be resolved immediately. I will not escalate this any further only if the harassment stops right now.
