Defective Longway fans purchased via Zepto, poor quality, and unresponsive support

I have ordered 3 fans from zepto of Longway India the name of the brand is only longway but there products works for 3 days only. and from past 1 month I am looking for the get assistance from the longways support team but there is not anyone who is helping me the fans are having really pathetic quality I thought it's new india brand so let's go with that where as I'm getting the fans of bajaj usha Crompton at the same price. there services are really very poor Longway India I request to get this issue resolved asap and Zepto I request to never recommend any such pathetic products to your customers who never takes the responsibility of taking cares of their customers. complaint no LW/02092026/93720 enq no ENQ-33592 date of complaint 2 September 2026 please contact me asap and get it resolved.
