Pathetic after-sales service and broken promises from @Lloyd_India Havells India LtdnI have been calling customer care daily since 5th October 2026 to book an AC inspection and purchase a 2-year AMC.nEvery single time, I get the same scripted response: Your issue is marked as priority. Yet today is 10th October, and not even a single technician has been assigned or a confirmation call made. To make matters worse, your representatives have no unified ticket tracking, every agent asks the exact same questions from scratch every day.nAt the time of purchase, 24-48 hour turnaround times were promised. In reality, it has been over 5 days without basic acknowledgment.nIf you cannot service an existing customer wanting to buy an AMC, how do you expect anyone to trust your products? Highly disappointed.nResolve this immediately.n#Lloyds #Havells #CustomerServiceFail #ConsumerAwareness
