LPG customer says Aadhaar seeding unresolved after 10+ distributor visits, supply stopped

Dear Indian Oil Corp Limited / Hardeep Singh Puri I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service provided by Uttarayan Gas Service, Baguihati, Kolkata. I have visited your distributor more than 10 times just to complete the Aadhaar seeding process, yet the issue remains unresolved. Despite repeated visits and multiple complaints, your staff have failed to provide a proper solution or even resolve this seemingly straightforward issue. The situation has now become unacceptable. My household has run out of LPG, and I am left wondering how my family is supposed to manage without cooking gas. Is it reasonable for a customer to make so many visits and raise multiple complaints for a basic service? I seriously question why your staff are unable to handle this issue efficiently. Customers should not have to repeatedly visit the distributor's office for the same unresolved problem. This reflects a complete lack of accountability and customer service. I request Indane Gas to take immediate action on the following: 1. Complete my Aadhaar seeding process without any further delay. 2. Arrange an urgent resolution regarding my LPG supply. 3. Investigate why repeated visits and complaints have failed to resolve this issue. 4. Ensure accountability from the distributor's staff so that other customers do not face the same situation. I have already spent considerable time and effort trying to resolve this matter through the distributor. I do not want another routine response or assurance without action. Please treat this as an urgent escalation and resolve the issue immediately. I expect a concrete resolution, not another excuse or another request to visit the distributor.
