SCAM 🚨nLADIES AND GENTLEMEN, PRESENTING THE SCAMMERS OF THE YEAR: Sugar.fit Cares ! What an absolute fucking disgrace of a company. Sugar.fit Cares seems to have mastered ONE thing: taking customers’ money. When it comes to delivering what customers have paid for, suddenly everyone seems to disappear. TAKING MONEY: 10/10. DELIVERING WHAT WAS PROMISED: WHERE THE HELL IS IT? Meet Shivtosh Kumar , the Harvard-educated founder of Sugar.fit. Impressive credentials, certainly. But what exactly is the value of an impressive degree when paying customers are left fighting to get what they paid for? Because, honestly, what a spectacular way to destroy trust in your own business. Your app has been an absolute nightmare in my experience. Meaningful support? Where? Accountability? From whom? And why the fuck should a paying customer have to keep chasing a company to get what they were promised in the first place? HOW HARD IS IT TO DELIVER A SERVICE AFTER TAKING SOMEONE’S MONEY? I am beyond frustrated with this company. This is not the kind of experience anyone should have to go throughn And before anyone dismisses this as just another angry customer, go look at the reviews on Google Maps. Read what other customers have written. Investigate for yourself. Shivtosh Kumar , if this post reaches you, GOOD. That’s the fucking point. I AM DONE BEING QUIET ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. I did not pay your company to run after it, struggle to get support, or spend my time trying to get someone to take responsibility. I paid for a service. I expect the service I was promised. So here’s what I want: Sugar.fit Cares , STOP IGNORING THE PROBLEM AND MAKE THIS RIGHT. Not another generic response. Not another empty assurance. Not another round of being passed around with absolutely nothing resolved. A REAL RESPONSE. A REAL SOLUTION. ACTUAL ACCOUNTABILITY. You have my money. Now I want the issue resolved. And if your founder, your leadership team, or anyone responsible for this business is reading this, consider this your opportunity to step up and fix what has gone wrong.
