Jio Fiber PATHETIC SERVICE!nnBooked a JioFiber relocation for 10 to 12 slot for today (6th October). No technician assigned. No clear status on the app. Nobody came.nnNo way to understand the situation. If we call customer care, we are told to see the status in the app which shows nothing .nnSomehow managed to reach someone (Srabani) who agreed that no technician is assigned and cut the call in between without providing any solution.nnIs this how your service is? Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional!
