Jio AirFiber - Speed Throttled Below 10 Mbps on 100 Mbps Plan over 45+ Days Across 4 Tickets, Engineer Advised ISP Switch

Despite paying for a 100 Mbps Jio AirFiber connection, I have been consistently receiving speeds of less than 20 Mbps, and currently below 10 Mbps. Different updates are being shared by engineers and customer care teams. In one instance, the issue was reportedly marked as resolved, while the actual speed continued to remain below 10% of the committed bandwidth. One engineer even suggested switching to another internet service provider because there was no solution available. My average monthly usage is typically 1.0-1.2 TB, but in the last 27 days I have been able to consume only about 600 GB due to the poor network performance.
