Dear IndiGo team,
I have never seen such pathetic service as yours. Your service is terrible, and it is truly shameful that you make false commitments. A day before Yesterday (19.09.2026), I booked a flight for my brother (GOX-DEL-SXR; Armed Forces category; PNR: BFL7MK). He had a 70kg parcel (sweets) that was required on same day, so we booked it via Cargo on the same flight connection (AWB: 312/82624032). Your cargo staff (Dipesh) at GOX assured me that the connection would go through the same flight and the parcel would be delivered today (19.09.2026), however, I did not receive the parcel at SXR. My brother was waiting there but your staff was not responding. Your staff failed to transfer the cargo to the connecting flight from DEL to SXR. I tried to contact customer support/service but None of the customer support numbers listed on the site or in the booking messages/emails are valid. You tell me —how am I supposed to contact you in this situation?
Somehow I got a number of your staff and I spoke to your staff at both DEL and GOX station but they are just blaming each other, No one is taking the responsibility.
After sometime I tried to contact both DEL & GOX staff but none of your staff is picking up my calls. If you couldn't handle the connection, you shouldn't have accepted the booking in the first place; I would have booked with another airline.
And Yesterday they said that the Cargo will be reached by 8:45 Am you can collect by 9:00 AM we were waiting since 9:00 AM but they handed it over to us by 11:15 AM.

You have no idea about importance of customer urgency.
