India Post - Shipment Marked "Delivered" But Not Received (Complaint No. ******)

🚨 Public Escalation: India Post Shipment Marked "Delivered" but Not Received This is with reference to India Post Complaint No. ****** regarding my unresolved postal shipment issue. The shipment was updated as "Delivered" on 19 September 2026, but I have not received the shipment till date. Despite repeatedly escalating this issue through the appropriate channels, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. Due to the continued lack of action, I have also registered the matter under Consumer Complaint No. 10177596. I request India Post and the concerned authorities to urgently clarify: 🔹 Where and when was the shipment delivered on 19 September 2026? 🔹 To whom was it handed over? 🔹 Who authorized/confirmed the delivery? 🔹 Where is the Proof of Delivery (POD)? 🔹 Why has no proper response been provided despite multiple escalations? @India Post — please treat this as an urgent matter and provide a transparent response and resolution. A shipment should not simply be marked "Delivered" when the recipient has not received it, and repeated complaints should not go unanswered.
