ICICI BankPC-2026-02001OtherAnonymous ·
🙏 Hello everyone, My name is Mohammad Wasim, and I am a former employee of AU Small Finance Bank. I did not share any OTP with anyone, yet fraudulent transactions took place from my two bank credit card accounts. The following amounts were fraudulently debited from my accounts: - AU Bank: ₹99,989 - ICICI Bank: ₹78,000 and ₹45,508 I immediately reported the incident to the Cyber Crime Branch and Kashimira Police Station. Although ICICI Bank has provided some assistance, I have not received any satisfactory support from AU Bank. Instead, AU Bank is blaming me for the incident and warning me that my CIBIL score will be negatively affected if I fail to repay the disputed amount. I am deeply distressed and do not know where to turn for justice. Why do customers have to struggle so much to get help from banks when they are victims of
