⚠️ **Job Seekers, Beware of Recruitment Scams!** I want to share a recent incident that I experienced, hoping it might help someone avoid falling into a similar trap. Recently, I received a message on LinkedIn asking me to share my CV. The person explained the job profile in detail and forwarded my CV to the HR team. Soon after, I received a call from HR. She explained that the company was in the garment manufacturing industry and offered several facilities, including PG accommodation and food. The working schedule was Monday to Friday, a half-day on Saturday, Sunday off, and working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. The location was Kota, Rajasthan. When I asked about the specific job profile, she told me that opportunities were available across different departments and asked me to choose one that matched my domain. What made me suspicious? 🔹 No interview was conducted, yet I was asked to come directly to the location. 🔹 I was told that four days of training would be provided and that an offer letter would be issued as soon as I confirmed my willingness to join. 🔹 Suddenly, I was asked to pay ₹1,500 for training and accommodation for those four days, with the assurance that the amount would be refunded once I joined. At that point, I sensed something was wrong and immediately ended the call. I cannot confirm who was behind this or whether the opportunity was entirely fraudulent, but the demand for upfront payment was a major red flag. 💔 Why am I sharing this? In today's job market, with unemployment, layoffs, and increasing competition, many candidates are desperately waiting for just one opportunity. Unfortunately, some people may exploit this vulnerability by offering attractive job packages and promising quick placements. ✅ Please remember: - Never rush into accepting a job offer without proper verification. - Be cautious if someone asks you to pay money for training, registration, accommodation, or an offer letter. - Verify the company's identity, officia
