Customer Experience Concern - Indian Salesn I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with the sales team at Indian Sales. The sales manager"s way of communicating with customers was not professional, and I found the behaviour rude. I was also given a price quotation that raised concerns regarding the clarity and transparency of the discount being offered. When I discussed the matter at a higher level, I was informed that a discount had been applicable earlier, but later I was told that it had been removed. This inconsistent communication left me confused and dissatisfied as a customer. Being from the automobile industry myself, I understand the importance of transparent pricing, honest communication, and respectful customer handling. I request the senior management of Indian Sales to look into this matter, clarify the pricing and discount details, and ensure that customers are treated professionally.
