HBL customer alleges active account disappeared from Internet Banking after June 2026 update, unresolved for months

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with HBL Internet Banking. I have been using HBLs banking services for almost 10 years, but unfortunately, the way my current issue has been handled has been far from the level of service I expected. In June 2026, following an update to HBLs Internet Banking system, my active account suddenly disappeared from my Internet Banking profile and has not been visible since. Since then, I have made multiple complaints, contacted customer care several times, sent emails, and personally visited the branch on multiple occasions, yet the issue remains unresolved even after several months. What is more frustrating is that despite repeated follow-ups, I still have not received a clear explanation or a satisfactory solution. I understand that system upgrades can sometimes create technical issues, but an active customer account disappearing from Internet Banking and remaining unresolved for months despite continuous complaints is extremely concerning. As a long-standing HBL customer, this is just pathetic, unprofessional service that i have faced..HBL , HBL Asset Management Limited #pathetic service # disappointing #HBL
