⚠️ CONSUMER ALERT: Severe deficiency of service & harassment by #GoWarranty
1) I purchased extended warranty policies from GoWarranty for multiple appliances, including my TV. For over a year, I have received only empty assurances and shifting dates without any fruitfull result regarding service .
2) When I followed up, my phone numbers were blocked. To evade liability, they rejected my claim citing that prior authorized servicing under manufacturer warranty voided my extended coverage—a baseless pretext to deny legitimate claims.
3)When I raised legitimate grievances publicly, I faced intimidation rather than resolution. This constitutes blatant unfair trade practice and breach of contract.
4)Escalating formally to @JoshiPralhad, @jagograhakjago, @consaff_india, and the Consumer Disputes Commission (e-Daakhil). Proof & service records attached below.
