Genpact - Recruitment Discrepancy, Arbitrary Application Withdrawal, and Repeated Interview Rounds

Dear Genpact Hiring Team, Genpact India Private Limited Delhin I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent recruitment experience with Genpact. I was shortlisted for the position of Associate - Customer Care - Collections 5A and completed the required stages of the hiring process. However, throughout the process, I was repeatedly asked by the HR team to complete the same stages again. I gave the Operations round twice and also completed the assessment twice, despite having already completed these requirements. What concerned me even more was that the second Operations round was conducted after I had already received my joining communication from Genpact. Although the situation seemed unusual, I still cooperated and completed the round because I was genuinely excited about joining the organisation and did not want to create any issue in the process. However, today I received an email stating that I had withdrawn my application. I want to make it absolutely clear that I never requested or initiated any withdrawal of my application. This entire experience has been extremely confusing and disappointing. The communication and coordination from the HR side appeared inconsistent at several stages, and I was repeatedly asked to complete processes that I had already completed. I continued to cooperate because I had a positive impression of Genpact and was looking forward to starting my career with the organisation. I would therefore request the hiring team to please investigate this matter and clarify: 1. Who initiated the withdrawal of my application? 2. Why was my application marked as withdrawn when I never requested it? 3. Why was I asked to repeat the Operations round and assessment? 4. Why was the second Operations round conducted after I had already received my joining communication? 5. What is the current status of my application and joining? I have always had respect for Genpact as an organisation, which is why I was genuinely looking forward to joining. Unfortunately, the way this recruitment process has been handled has left me extremely disappointed and is seriously affecting the trust and respect I had for the organisation. I would appreciate a proper explanation and resolution rather than a generic response, as I have cooperated with every instruction given to me throughout the recruitment process.
