Equitas Bank put account on hold over disputed ₹5,000 payment

The next day bank employees stared call me that the money I received is 2 times but I only received the money once. I have the full statement of my bank that I have that another amount of 5000 many days ago but the bank employees put my account on hold-5000 rupees.
