False delivery attempts, unresponsive rider, and delivery failure by Ekart Express

Such a pathetic and unacceptable service experience from Ekart Express . Tracking ID: FMPP4300704986 I personally tried calling the delivery rider almost 50 times, but not a single call was received. Despite this, the shipment has been repeatedly closed with wrong delivery attempts. If the rider is not ready or willing to deliver the shipment, why is he accepting the shipment in the first place? This is a very urgent shipment for my client, and such incorrect attempts are directly affecting the customer experience and our credibility. Ekart delivery partners — Please investigate this matter urgently, check the rider's call/attempt records, and arrange the delivery without any further false attempt.
