Crompton Ranchi centre delaying geyser replacement for 30 days, now another 15 days

Dear @Crompton_India what a pitiable service you have at Ranchi centre. Waiting for replacement of my geyser for past 30 days and no one to help. People here are now saying it will take another 15 days. If thats the case why should one buy your products. Extremely disappointed.
