URGENT VENDOR ALERT: Non-Payment & Fraudulent Commitments. Dear Network & BPO Founders, I am sharing this post to safeguard our community from fraudulent business dealings. We recently took on a financial services campaign (Credit Card & Loan sales) through Rajat Gupta Founder of CREDGROW, who pitched himself as a major industry player. After onboarding, the reality was entirely different: No legitimate infrastructure or operational support to back the claims made during discussion. Our dues have been intentionally withheld for over 60 days. All communication channels are currently met with silence, avoidance, and daily excuses. This is a targeted pattern of exploiting new call centers and startup founders to get work done without honoring payout commitments. I strongly advise every BPO owner and vendor to steer clear of doing business with him.
