🚨 AU Bank Bahadurgarh: Is this how you treat your customers? I visited AU Bank to request loose ₹10 notes for my father's business, Bengali Sweets, for Diwali. Instead, Branch Manager Vinod allegedly disrespected and humiliated me in front of other customers. My family maintains 7+ savings accounts with AU Bank. Your previous manager personally approached my family to open accounts. Is this how you value that trust? I'm a Project Manager in IT. Even when we decline a request, we treat people with respect. A managerial position is a responsibility, not a license to humiliate customers. To other banks in India: HDFC Bank ICICI Bank Axis Bank — would you treat your customers this way? Is public humiliation acceptable customer service?
