Burger King order picked up but undelivered after rider accident, support unresponsive and refund pending

Extremely disappointing service from @BurgerKingIndia! My paid order #2078 (₹170.10 via UPI) was picked up, but the rider later said he couldn't deliver it due to an accident. He couldn't cancel it either. Support is unresponsive, and my order remains undelivered. Please refund
