Disappointing experience with BMW India! It will take 4 days to fix a petrol tank lid that wouldn't open. For a premium brand like BMW, such a basic issue should not require four days to resolve. When customers invest in a luxury car, they expect not just performance and driving pleasure, but also prompt service and hassle-free ownership.
