Berger Paints India A Public Service Warning: My Experience with @Berger Paints Indian I am sharing my personal experience with Berger Paints to make others aware before they invest their hard-earned money in its painting services. My experience has been extremely disappointing, from the promises made before the work started to the quality of execution and the lack of after-sales support. During video calls and initial discussions, I was assured that professional tools and equipment would be used, the painting process would be systematic, and trained and certified workers would handle the job. Unfortunately, the actual experience was completely different. Here are some of the major issues I faced:nn* Promises versus reality: The service promised during the initial discussions did not match the actual work delivered.n* Poor workmanship: Workers arrived without the expected level of painting skills, and the work was left incomplete and unfinished.n* Lack of supervision and accountability: After payments were collected, the quality of work and supervision fell far short of expectations.n* Extremely poor follow-up: Despite repeated complaints and follow-ups, the issues remained unresolved. Different representatives kept passing responsibility to one another, with no effective solution. the promised support never translated into satisfactory results. I am sharing photographs of the actual work so that people can see the workmanship and understand why I am raising this concern. When customers pay a premium for a branded service, they naturally expect professional execution, trained workers, proper supervision, and accountability. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet these basic expectations. In my opinion, hiring a reliable local painter could have delivered better workmanship at a much lower cost. My advice to anyone considering Berger Paints’ painting services: Please do your due diligence, verify the quality of work, get all commitments documented, and avoid making full payment before the work is completed and inspected to your satisfaction. A brand’s reputation should be reflected in the quality of its service, not just in the promises made before a customer pays. I request @Berger Paints India to take this complaint seriously, review the photographs, and provide a proper resolution to the issues raised.
