Asian Footwears customer alleges no delivery update 8 days after order, support unreachable

I ordered shoes socks and other accessories on 04th oct and the website said delivery on same day but after placing order it showed on 4-5 business days now its 12th oct and still got no update regarding the delivery and customer support isnt picking my call @Asianfootwears
