Alliance Air - Pathetic job!nn8.40pm flight delayed by 5 hours from Blr to Hyd. No apology, no water, just not bothered!! Look at what kids have to say.nnRam Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu, not acceptable at all, by any standards. If you dont take action, it will be a blot on your capability and responsibility!nnDirectorate General of Civil Aviation - India, you need to inspect how many such incidents have been happening and what remedy are you going to take.nnBangalore International Airport Ltd, what kind of airport management do you have where nobody really takes care of your customers? The lower floor is totally deserted. Only fancy show-off at the entrance??nnAir India Limited - do you really own this? Then take the bloody responsibility.
