Airbnb guest alleges mice infestation at stay, review removed under coercion while host review allowed

I stayed at an @Airbnb_in @AirbnbHelp and found mice infestation. At 1 point my cousin found a mouse near his face. @Airbnb even acknowledged this but what action they took against host ? They removed my review under coersion but allowed the host to put a bad review of me. WTH

    Compensation pending after promised amenities were unavailable during stay

    I recently booked a stay using @AirbnbnnAnd as promised by host I didn't got access to Swimming pool and also TV wasn't working.nnI did ask for compensation and it's been more than 48hrs and @AirbnbHelp is not giving the resolution to this.
