Severe Hygiene Issues, Missing Amenities, and Centipede Bite at Agoda Booking

I am a travel agent myself the amenities listed on the website nothing is provided , cleanliness zero,got bitten by centipede, room filled with roaches. Don't call urself best in the business! @agoda @agodaindia no response from CS should I file consumer case?
