Subject: URGENT: Principal Investment of INR 62,504 Stuck in MobiKwik Xtra Since 2024 - Reg No: [******] Dear MobiKwik Grievance Team,I am writing to escalate a severe issue regarding my MobiKwik Xtra investment. I invested a total of ₹2,00,000 in two tranches (₹1,00,000 on 2nd June 2024 and ₹1,00,000 on 8th July 2024) with a 3-month locking period.It is now the end of 2026, and a substantial amount of ₹62,504 is still locked/frozen in my account. I have a severe financial emergency and need my money back immediately.
