Dear Rahul Guha, CEO of Thyrocare Technologies Ltd., I request your urgent intervention. I am deeply disappointed by the way Thyrocare has handled my complaint regarding my blood tests. On 15 October, your customer care representative informed me that the technician had stated that I had cancelled my PPBS test. I never requested any cancellation. After I complained about the technician’s rude behaviour, my PPBS report was not processed & was cancelled without my consent. Yet, the complaints team has attributed the issue to a “technical glitch,” without adequately addressing the contradictory explanations or the lack of my consent. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, Thyrocare has neither refunded my ₹3,650 nor agreed to repeat all the tests covered under my original booking. Instead, I am being made to chase a resolution for an error that occurred at your end. This concerns medical testing, where sample integrity, accuracy, and accountability are non-negotiable. The circumstances have seriously eroded my trust in Thyrocare. Rahul, I urge you to step in, take accountability, and ensure either a full refund of ₹3,650 or a complete retest of all the tests I paid for, at no additional cost. I am posting publicly because my emails and calls have failed to deliver a satisfactory resolution. I hope this reaches you and prompts the action that your customer deserves. #Thyrocare #CustomerExperience #Accountability
