I applied for 100 shares at ₹150 per share through PhonePe UPI. Unfortunately, the application was unsuccessful due to oversubscription, and no shares were allotted. According to KFin Technologies' allotment information, the amount was expected to be unblocked on 31 October 2026. I have already contacted KFin Technologies through email and WhatsApp, but unfortunately, I have not received any satisfactory response. It is extremely disappointing that an investor has to repeatedly follow up to get their own money released after receiving zero shares. I STRONGLY REQUEST SBI SENIOR MANAGEMENT AND BAJJU BRANCH TO: 1. Immediately investigate why ₹15,000 remains blocked. 2. Verify the IPO ASBA and UPI mandate status. 3. Check whether the unblocking request was received and processed. 4. Coordinate with KFin Technologies, the concerned Sponsor Bank and NPCI. 5. Release the entire blocked amount of ₹15,000 without further delay. 6. Provide a complaint reference number and written confirmation. 7. Explain why the PhonePe UPI mandate remains active despite unsuccessful allotment. CUSTOMER MONEY DESERVES RESPECT, TRANSPARENCY AND TIMELY ACTION. I request the intervention of SBI Senior Management, the Bajju Branch and the concerned banking authorities to resolve this issue urgently. I am attaching supporting screenshots of my IPO allotment status, PhonePe mandate and SBI account verification.
